How Can You Help ?

New Endowment

An Endowment can be started with as little as 5,000/- The donor can add to this amount at his /her convenience, periodically. The donor can give a name to the Endowment, either to perpetuate the memory of someone near and dear. Or to remember an event in the family or in one’s own name.

The League’s present annual disbursement of Rs.2,500 to a school student is funded by the income generated on an amount of close to Rs.30,000/- This means through one such Endowment, ONE school student can be supported in perpetuity.

Contribution

You are welcome to add any amount to your existing endowment at your discretion. All the funds received as endowments add to the Corpus.

Donation

Funds received as donations are disbursed to students during the same year.

Study Abroad

Students who wish to go abroad to pursue higher studies can apply for a loan. The application is thoroughly scrutinised and the committee sanctions Rs.3 lakhs if found eligible. A moratorium period of 2 years (the period required to complete the graduation) is given to the students. Thereafter a small amount of interest is charged on the loan till the student makes complete repayment.
